Chocolate Marshmallow Coating (Dairy Free, Gluten Free)
  1. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a double boiler.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Dip homemade marshmallows in chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  5. Place in fridge or freezer to setup chocolate coating.
  6. Store in the fridge or freezer.
