Why let it sit for a week?

Mindy Benkert

Monday 10th of December 2018

Hi Kate! It's not absolutely required to let the perfume and cologne sit for a week. It just helps the scents to combine! But they will still smell good right away. :)

How many lotion bars does this make?

Mindy Benkert

Monday 10th of December 2018

Why is the shelf life only 3 months as there is no water in the product?

Mindy Benkert

Monday 10th of December 2018

The shelf life for the sugar scrub is 3 months because it contains sugar which is a food and doesn't keep for that long. Also you have to be very careful not to get water in the scrub if you're using it by the sink or in the shower. I like to use my sugar scrubs in the shower and it's very hard to keep water out. Hope that helps!
